Stationary concrete batching plant classification
According to the method of its conveying materials, stationary concrete batching plant can be divided into skip hoist type plant and belt conveyor type plant. These two types concrete batching plant have their own feature.
Skip hoist type batching plant
Skip hoist type concrete batching plant conveys weighed materials by hopper. Meanwhile, it directly transfers material to mixer machine. The ship hoist plant has the features of high working efficiency and stable performance. The models of skip hoist plant includes AJ-25, AJ-35, AJ-50 and AJ-75.

Belt conveyor type concrete plant
As its name implied, belt conveyor type concrete batching plant conveys the materials by the belt and it transfers this materials to the waiting hopper. The advantages of belt conveyor plant is environmental protection. Because the conveying part is totally sealed, this will reduce the material pollution for environment. In addition, it also can reduce the waste of materials. The models of belt conveyor plant include AJ-60, AJ-90, AJ-120, AJ-180 and AJ-240.
