The Function of Main Systems

1. Cold Aggregate Supply System

The function of cold aggregate bins is loading cold aggregate from the loaders. There is a filter sieve in the feeding belt conveyor. Then the filter sieve can filter the cold aggregate larger than 42mm. The cold aggregate filtered by filter sieve is transferred to drying drum through the collecting belt conveyor.

2. Drying And Heating System

The drying and heating system is mainly made up of burner, drying drum, feeding case, discharging case and supporter. The burner makes the drying drum produce heat. When the cold aggregate is sent into the drying drum, it can be dried due to directly connecting to the heat in the drying drum. Meanwhile, the cold aggregate can be heated to the set temperature. Then the cold aggregate heated flows out through discharging door, entering into hot aggregate elevator. Drying and heating temperature control of the aggregate: The imported infrared thermometer is used to keep the temperature within ±5°C.

3. Hot Aggregate Elevator System

Usually, the hot aggregate elevator transfers the aggregate to the vibrating screen. The wear-resistant ring chain bucket elevator is used as the material elevator to provide an anti-reverse device.

4. Weighting System

The weighing system of small portable asphalt plants is used to weigh the aggregate, powder and asphalt according to the ratio of asphalt mixture. Then it will discharge the asphalt mixture to mixing system. The hot aggregate weighting hopper uses the imported sensor to control weighting accuracy and make it meets, the national standards. The imported cylinders and electronic control valves are used for weighting and discharging.

5. Mixing System

Mixing system can mix the mixture from weighing system into finished product. The mixer with double horizontal shaft makes the mixing efficiency higher and the product quality better.

6. Dust Collection System
